Note: Some microgreen are dangerous to feed to pets and other animals and careful research should be conducted. These include: buckwheat, chives, garlic, leek, macadamia, onion, oregano, parsley, sweet pea or everlasting pea (not the pea we grow, pisum sativum, known as speckled pea), sorrel, tomato plant, and watercress.
