1. Use of Website

• • • This site is operated by Grenny’s Greens (“we,” “our,” “us”).
    • You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

2. Products & Services

• • • We provide fresh microgreens and related food products for purchase through one-time orders or recurring subscriptions.
    • We operate on a grow-to-order system.  Depending on the time of order, delivery may take up to 20 days to fulfil.
    • Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice.

3. Subscriptions & Recurring Deliveries

• • • Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly), as selected on the product page.
    • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring schedule until cancelled.
    • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
    • If notice is not provided within this time-frame, the upcoming order will be processed and charged.

4. Payments & Billing

• • • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
    • Payment is due at checkout for both one-time and the first order of a subscription.  Subsequent subscription orders will be charged on the day of delivery.
    • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled as described above.

5. Delivery

• • • We offer local delivery ONLY within the City of Guelph, Ontario.
    • Delivery charge is $3 for orders under $25.  Delivery is FREE for orders $25 or more.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.  We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
    • Due to the delicate nature of microgreens, customers are responsible for either:
      • • providing a cooler, thermal bag, or similar environment that will protect the microgreens from extreme heat, cold or from animals; or
        • being available to personally receive the microgreens at delivery.
    • Risk of loss passes to you once the products are delivered.

6. SMS Text Messages

• • • Message frequency may vary, but we generally use SMS text messages to:
      • • Remind customers to place a cooler, thermal bag, etc. outside their door on the morning of delivery day.
        • Inform customers that their order has been successfully delivered.
    • We do not use SMS text messages for promotions or other marketing.
    • Messaging and data rates may apply.
    • To stop receiving SMS text messages, reply to the message with the word STOP.
    • If you require help or assistance, please reply to the message with HELP, or contact us via or Contact Us page.

7. Refunds & Returns

• • • Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, all sales are final.
    • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product, and we will work with you on a replacement or credit.

8. Intellectual Property

• • • All content on this site (logos, product images, text, branding) is owned by Grenny’s Greens and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• • • Grenny’s Greens is not liable for any damages related to the use of our products, services, or website, except as required by law.
    • Products are sold “as is.”  Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and allergens.

10. Governing Law

• • • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
    • Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.
